    1. Agreement Overview

    This agreement is entered into between Steinbicker Pressure Washing ("Company") and the customer ("Customer"). By approving this agreement, the Customer authorizes the Company to perform pressure washing services at the specified property.

    2. Scope of Work

    The Company agrees to provide pressure washing services as requested by the Customer, which may include but are not limited to: house washing, driveways and sidewalks, decks and patios, fences, and other exterior surfaces. The exact services will be agreed upon prior to the start of work.

    3. Payment Terms

    • Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service.
    • Accepted payment methods: Cash or Check (unless otherwise agreed).
    • Failure to provide payment upon completion may result in additional fees or collection actions.

    4. Water Usage

    • The Customer agrees to provide access to a working water source.
    • The Company is not responsible for any increase in the Customer's water bill resulting from the service.

    5. Chemicals & Cleaning Solutions

    • The Company may use professional-grade cleaning solutions to ensure proper results.
    • All products are used according to manufacturer guidelines; certain surfaces may react differently.
    • The Company is not responsible for pre-existing conditions that may become more visible after cleaning.

    6. Property Condition & Risks

    Pressure washing can reveal or worsen existing damage such as cracks, loose paint, oxidation, or weak surfaces. The Company assumes no responsibility for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to:

    • Loose siding or trim
    • Cracked concrete
    • Worn wood or paint
    • Improperly sealed surfaces

    7. Damage Claims

    • Any claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
    • Failure to notify the Company within this timeframe releases the Company from any liability.
    • The Company reserves the right to inspect and verify all claims before any resolution is made.

    8. Access to Property

    • The Customer is responsible for ensuring access to all areas to be cleaned.
    • All windows and doors should be securely closed.
    • The Customer should remove fragile or valuable items from service areas prior to arrival.

    9. Weather & Scheduling

    Services may be rescheduled due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. The Company will communicate any changes as soon as possible.

    10. Liability Waiver

    By approving this agreement, the Customer acknowledges that pressure washing involves inherent risks, the Company is not liable for incidental or unforeseen damage related to normal cleaning processes, and the Customer accepts full responsibility for preparing the property for service.

    11. Approval & Authorization

    By signing electronically below, the Customer confirms they are the property owner or authorized agent, agrees to all terms above, and authorizes the Company to perform the agreed services.
